Victoria Station, London

Description: Victoria Station is one of London’s great urban crossroads, where the railway, streets, buses and the constant movement of people come together. In drawing it, I was especially drawn to the activity around the station — and I really wanted to capture the familiar red double-decker buses weaving through the streets below. They became an important part of the drawing, helping to convey the energy and character of London as much as the architecture itself.
